WTW is currently the Construction Manager as Adviser(CMa) for a new 12-Story, 60,000 SF rental building overlooking the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens. This development consists of many different elements, including two 25 - foot cantilevers above the adjacent building. Completion is scheduled for 2022.

WTW is currently the Construction Manager as Adviser (CMa) for a new 9-Story, 32,000 SF rental building located in the up and coming Bedford-Stuyvesant community. The building will consist of tenant amenities, as well as, studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom rental units with a residential lobby facing the front of Fulton Street. The upper floors of the building will offer premium views and a community rooftop. Completion is scheduled for Summer of 2021.
